The essence of our team building is to create an environment whereby a group of individuals have to work together as a team in order to achieve the same goal, i.e. make the boat sail efficiently.
No previous sailing experience necessary.
Sailing is a fun/competitive sport which generates strong team work and ultimately a bond between all who participate.
The day is split into two parts: the morning is team building in the form of sail training, followed by a relaxing lunch. The afternoon is the regatta (boat race) which puts into practice all the experience gained that morning.
